    Winter Park Bargaining Report 03/08/19 CWA Brothers and Sisters: This is the bargaining teams Forth report to the membership, after Nineteen days of negotiations, we made little progress last week moving forward on the remaining proposals for a fair and equitable agreement, the company has once again pushed a below cost of living wage offer that would give our members some form of comparable geographic compensation package for pay. Equitable proposals as of Friday that benefit the hourly employees. FOUR The company’s open proposals, Premium Rate, Overtime, Sunday Work, Contracting Work, STD, SWCP, PTO Hour Use, Safety Footwear, Contract Printing Cost. The local’s open proposals, Rest Period, Sunday Pay, Overtime, PTO Vacation, Calendar Year, Standby, Health and Welfare, 401K Company Contributions, Callout Pay, Overtime Equalization, Right to reschedule, Overtime Opportunity, Bargaining Unit Successorship, Union Dues, Lunch Periods, the team passed 2 new issues. The following 4 proposals were T/A this week some union some company, Cross Jurisdictional, Night Differential, Temporary Supervisor, Personnel Records, the team continuing to address the economic proposals passed, the company response continues to be were not interested, that’s a cost, it’s upper management, and NO we can’t, keep your eyes on the website, personal emails, Stewards discussions, and CENTURYLINK DOES NOT CARE .COM FOR UPDATES on notification of Mobilization meetings, come to the general meeting at the Moose Lodge in Clermont on Monday 03/11/2019 for more details and discussion. The bargaining team will continue to address the remaining next MONTH. Contract was extended late Friday March 8, 2019 with no expiration date, we are returning to the bargaining table sometime in April 2019 to address remaining issues, we hope the company will be willing to make some movement from their previous reluctant position. Information Current CenturyLink tax break money 1.1 BILLION / 46K employees = 24K per employee, Jeff Story compensation package with incentives 20 Million.
